One hour a month. We sit for a while, I read something short — from the books or from the notebook — and then we talk. No technique to buy. No method to join. Just the practice the books describe, done in company, which turns out to be easier than doing it alone.

A few pages read aloud — from whatever I am writing, or an essay from Quieter. Short enough to hold in the head afterwards.
The part that matters. Questions arrive with the sign-ups and from the room. Sometimes a clinical case turns up, because that is the other half of what I do.
